If you’re having trouble accessing your BIGO LIVE account on mobile, follow the steps below to log in quickly and securely.
How to Log In to the BIGO LIVE App
Step 1: Open the BIGO LIVE app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Select your preferred login method, including Phone Number, Apple, Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), VK, or any other available sign-in option.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials and follow any verification prompts.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to your account, broadcasts, messages, wallet, and creator tools.
I Can’t Log in to My BIGO LIVE Account
If you can’t sign into your account because of
Account stolen
The original mobile phone number can no longer be used
The original account can no longer be used
Use account recovery to regain access:
Step 1. Open the BIGO LIVE app
Step 2. Tap “Sign in with Phone”
Step 3. Select “Account Appeal” > “Appeal Now”.
Step 4. Fill the account appeal form with your BIGO ID, phone number, email address and so on.
If you are seeing an error code or message when logging,
Check your internet connection, or try switching between Wifi and mobile data to gauge whether or not the problem is related to your internet connection
Delete and reinstall the app. Not only will this put you on the latest version of BIGO LIVE, it’ll also refresh your app experience, which should get things running smoothly again!
