A: If you are approved and onboarded on or before the 15th of the month, that month is considered your first contract month.
If you are approved after the 15th of the month, your official first contract month begins on the 1st day of the following month.
Bonus Month:
If you join after the 15th and still achieve any qualifying salary tier before the end of that month, you may still receive the corresponding salary payout. The following month will still count as your official first contract month. -
A: BIGO calculates hours, beans, and performance using Pacific Time (PT/PST/PDT).
All monthly requirements are measured from the 1st day of the month through the last day of the month using Pacific Time.

A: To count toward monthly requirements:
• A live session must be at least 30 minutes long
• Up to 2 hours per day can count toward agency salary requirements for most standard host contracts
• Additional live hours may still help with audience growth, gifting, and event participationAlways refer to your current salary chart, as requirements may change.

A: The daily cutoff is 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT).

A: You can monitor your performance through Live Data inside the BIGO app.

• Broadcasting hours

A: Viewers purchase diamonds and send virtual gifts during your livestreams.
When gifts are received:
• Gifts are converted into beans
• Beans accumulate in your wallet
• Eligible beans can be withdrawn through BIGO's withdrawal system once your payment information is properly set upBean conversion rates and withdrawal policies are determined by BIGO and may change from time to time.

A: In addition to the gifts you earn from viewers, eligible hosts can qualify for a monthly salary by meeting the requirements listed on their current salary chart.
Most salary tiers require a combination of:
• Minimum broadcasting hours
• Minimum beans earnedExample:
If a host completes the requirements for a tier requiring 32 hours and 130,000 beans, they receive both:• The salary associated with that tier
• The value of any gifts earned from viewersSalary programs and tier structures may be updated periodically by BIGO.

A: Salary rewards are generally distributed by BIGO in the form of beans and are typically issued before the 10th day of the following month, provided all requirements have been successfully completed and verified.

A: Hosts are generally free to maintain social media accounts and grow their personal brands. However, certain BIGO contracts or promotional programs may contain exclusivity requirements.
Always review your current agreement or contact your agency manager if you are unsure.

A: PK Battles are live competitions between two hosts where viewers send gifts to help their favorite host win. PKs are one of the most popular features on BIGO and can help increase exposure, engagement, and gifting.

Income depends on consistency, content quality, networking, viewer engagement, gifting support, and overall effort. BIGO should be treated like building a business or personal brand rather than expecting immediate results.

A: Depending on the violation, BIGO may issue a warning, temporary suspension, livestream restriction, or permanent account ban.
If you believe the action was taken by mistake, you may be eligible to submit an appeal through BIGO. Contact your agency manager for guidance, although approval of appeals is entirely at BIGO's discretion.
