Provide consistent, high-quality event staffing support for Valeo’s CES activations over multiple years, ensuring a reliable team capable of managing booth operations, attendee engagement, and overall brand experience.

The goal was to maintain a seamless and professional presence year after year, while supporting lead generation efforts and adapting to evolving booth needs and traffic levels.


Execution

Blossom Talent provided teams ranging from 8 to 15 Trade show staff, supported by an on-site Team Lead to ensure smooth coordination and consistent performance.

The team focused on:

  • Managing booth flow and assisting with high-volume attendee traffic

  • Welcoming and engaging visitors in a professional and approachable manner

  • Supporting product demonstrations and guiding attendees through the booth
