Objective

Support UNLEASH, a global conference focused on HR technology, innovation, and the future of work, by providing professional event staff to ensure a smooth, organized, and engaging attendee experience.

The goal was to deliver reliable staffing support across multiple editions of the event, maintaining a consistent and polished presence while adapting to evolving event needs over time.

Execution

Blossom Talent supported UNLEASH across multiple years, providing teams ranging from 15 to 56 event staff, tailored to the size and complexity of each activation.

Each team included 1-2 dedicated Team Leads / Event Managers, ensuring structure, communication, and on-site coordination across all areas.

The team supported:

• Registration and check-in operations

• Greeting attendees and directing guest flow

• On-stage support and coordination

• Sponsor lounge management and guest assistance

• Energetic costume characters to enhance attendee engagement

• General event coordination and front-of-house operations

Staff were selected for their professionalism, energy, and ability to perform in large-scale, fast-paced environments, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints.
