Objective

Support ProColombia, the Colombian government agency promoting tourism, exports, and investment, across multiple U.S. trade shows and events by delivering bilingual staffing and a polished guest experience.

The goal was to ensure a welcoming, professional presence while supporting engagement with international attendees, partners, and investors.

Execution

Blossom Talent provided bilingual Brand Ambassadors and event staff across multiple activations, including:

• IMEX Las Vegas (multiple years)

• NRA Show Chicago

• Seatrade Miami

• DEMA Show Orlando

• Business Matchmaking Forum – Houston

For trade shows, teams typically consisted of 1–2 bilingual hostesses per event, supporting:

• Greeting attendees and creating a welcoming first impression

• Assisting with booth engagement and visitor interaction

• Supporting hospitality elements, including Colombian coffee service

• Providing directions and general information to attendees

For the Houston Business Forum, Blossom Talent provided a team of 12 event staff, supporting:

• Registration and check-in operations

• Guest direction and event navigation

• Information support for attendees and participants

• Overall coordination to ensure smooth event flow

All staff were selected for their bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), professionalism, and ability to represent the brand in a service-oriented, approachable manner.
