Lenovo | CES 2018 | The Venetian

Objective

Support Lenovo’s CES activation for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges experience, designed to attract and engage attendees through an immersive, interactive environment.

The goal was to increase booth traffic, maximize attendee participation, and support lead generation efforts, while ensuring a smooth and organized flow of guests through a high-demand activation.


Execution

Blossom Talent provided a team of 6 experienced Brand Ambassadors, supported by an on-site Team Lead to ensure seamless coordination and performance throughout the event.

The team focused on:

  • Managing high-volume attendee flow and participation

  • Guiding guests through the interactive AR experience

  • Creating excitement and drawing attention through live “lightsaber” demonstrations

  • Engaging attendees to identify interest and qualify potential leads

  • Directing qualified prospects to Lenovo representatives
