Support Heineken, a global beverage brand known for large-scale experiential activations, in delivering a seamless VIP hospitality experience during the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.

The focus was to ensure a high-end, well-coordinated guest journey across multiple touchpoints — from arrival to on-site engagement — while maintaining a polished, brand-aligned presence.


Execution

Blossom Talent provides teams of 7 - 20 experienced Brand Ambassadors and hospitality-focused staff to manage key aspects of the VIP experience:

  • Airport meet & greet, welcoming VIP guests upon arrival

  • Coordination of guest transfers, including escorting to transportation and tarmac support

  • On-site lounge staffing, ensuring a premium and attentive environment

  • Registration and check-in management for smooth guest flow

  • Concierge-style assistance, including directions and guest support

  • Distribution of branded giveaways and engagement touchpoints

A dedicated team lead oversaw operations, ensuring consistency, real-time coordination, and seamless execution across all locations.

This is an ongoing collaboration, with Heineken rebooking our teams annually and often requesting the same top-performing staff members.
