Objective

Support the Dominican Republic’s trade show presence in Miami by delivering a high-energy, culturally immersive experience designed to attract investors, tourism partners, and attendees.

The focus was to showcase Dominican culture and cuisine while maintaining a professional, well-coordinated booth environment aligned with the country’s brand.

Blossom Talent provided a team of 8 staff members, including:

  • Bartenders

  • Hostesses

  • Brand Ambassadors

A dedicated Team Lead oversaw operations, ensuring coordination, consistency, and smooth execution throughout the activation.

Staff were strategically assigned to themed stations designed to highlight Dominican culture and food, supporting both engagement and overall flow:

  • Greeting and engaging attendees at the booth

  • Supporting food and beverage stations representing Dominican cuisine

  • Assisting with drink service and hospitality experience

  • Providing information and guiding visitors throughout the activation

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment
